I disagree with what they all say, but then don’t go by me.

Everything has a purpose and a point, no matter how insane it might be and we have to figure it out.

They may be a big dick in their little pond, but why should that matter?

Your ignorance is really overwhelming any common sense you or anyone around you might have had.

Some questions just don’t deserve an answer.

We were all something once, question is, “So what are we now?”  It’s off to my Cabin In The Woods to ponder this question.

You choose to look for the negative in people; any positive aspects don’t interest you in the least.

I may disagree with your lifestyle choices but you are in need and I can help you.

Ever wait for someone to show knowing they never will?

Just because something doesn’t do what you think it should do, (since it wasn’t designed to do that), doesn’t mean it should anyhow just to meet your delusions.

Their all about the negative and wonder why no one pays them any attention.  How’d about trying the positive approach instead?

There are people who need help and those who’ll demand it.  I’d rather help the first.

They’ll both produce the exact same outcome, or do they?

It’s really a simple thing I’m trying to do, it’s your actions that are making it complicated.  I shouldn’t have to give 3 people the exact same info each time, you should all communicate.  Let’s all go to a Cabin In The Woods to practice this skill set shall we.

I find their wisdom annoying and not informative, since they talk down to you when they present it.

I get it; you think you’re thee man because you put a baby in a women.  But a real man now takes on the responsibility of supporting and raising that child for the rest of its life.  They do not move on and be a real man with another women.

If work was a pleasure, then they would call it that, but it isn’t its work.

Recently people were shooting up their Yeti coolers in protest, figuring that would show the company.  Sure did, it showed just how much of an idiot they are.

Problem with trading on your youth is that it will end and what does that leave you with?

People don’t like to accept it but everything has a price, even if you consider it priceless.  Someone else would be able to assign a price; it’s just the way it is.

The greatest pattern of all is the one that you cannot see.

We all have our reasons whether you agree with them or not.

Oh good, you’re observant, now go bother somebody else.

You shouldn’t get to it when you get to it; you should just do it and be done with it.

It’s considered a blessing if it’s a positive occurrence, if not…

They’ll keep an eye on it like a blind mouse keeps an eye on their cheese.

You can’t act like you’re above it all for it will come up from behind and bite you in the butt.

Things are getting more expensive by the day.  I use to get spoons from the dollar store at a cost of 4 for a dollar, now I only get two, and they’re not any better.

They are the best, but are they the luckiest?

With all the unsolicited comments coming from a coworker about their terrible work load, it makes me wonder who their trying to convince, themselves or the people around them that they actually work hard?

Problem is they’re guilty of being themselves and that’s where it’s hard to draw a distinction.

I don’t mind working hard as long as I feel the people around me are doing the same.  When that’s not the case, it’s a very frustrating situation.

Someone told me to move it or lose it, too late already lost it.

You write so many words, but yet you never get to your point, why is that?  Ever consider using fewer words to actually make your point, instead of burying it in an avalanche of words.

You can’t make up for it once the damage is done, for what’s done is done and there are no take backs in life.

There are those who express an unwilling willingness to be part of all willingness around them and this drives my desire for a Cabin In The Woods.

You Can’t Or You Won’t?

You provide us with no proof to what you claim and then you expect the outcome to be beneficial to your interests.

Just because you can beat somebody up doesn’t mean you should.  For the unintended consequences can come back to haunt you in unexpected ways and usually not in positive ones, so perhaps, think before you act.

The difference between being lazy and just can’t be bothered is: being lazy you don’t want to do it because you’d have to exert effort and the other you just can’t be bothered because you are just too tired.

You can’t complain about anything if you refuse to get involved.

They can’t handle the nothingness that is their life.  They believe it should have meaning and purpose, but yet it doesn’t.

Someone asked if I was trying to hide from them, nope, if I was you wouldn’t have found me at my Cabin In The Woods.

They keep making uninformed ass(u)mptions and it only reinforces their idiocy.

Varity is the spice of life and the downfall of the spoiled.

When you see a sign that says you can or can’t do something in a certain area, it does not come with a separate sign stating the exceptions to that rule.  It is what it is, you don’t get to interpret it any other way or ass(u)me exceptions for yourself.

I’m not in the mood for one of your excuses, so please keep them to yourself.

I was having a dream that I had a history final to take in college and I couldn’t remember where the classroom for it was, which makes no sense since I haven’t been in college since the 80’s.  So what was this dream really trying to tell me?

You can handle it until such time you can’t.  Then it’s off to a Cabin In The Woods.

I’ve figured my work place out, I’m on the island of misfit workers and I fit right in.

Their work ethic is such that an empty desk would accomplish the same amount of work.

I know my oldest really left the nest a long time ago; they have always been an independent soul.  Well they left to go to Asia for 3 months and are pretty much doing it alone.  As a parent, I understand on an intellectual level that they would leave, but on an emotional level I’m devastated.  I just want them where I can get to them if they need help and now I can’t, this really sucks.

Take the opportunity, don’t force it.

One of my kids wanted to know why we always put our snacks “in the microwave?”  They thought it was to keep them fresher.  Nope, our microwave is built in over the stove and when they were little it was a good place to put them to keep them out of reach of small hands, simple as that.

The opinion of a bunch of uninformed individuals really doesn’t matter in the least to me and shouldn’t to anyone else.

If you go around thinking everyone else in the world is an idiot, then why would you expect anything else.

You can’t be mad at me for what I’m not, only for what I am.

Someone proudly stated to me that their a “Front Desk Coordinator”, ok I get it, you’re a receptionist.  I rather have more money than a fancy title that really means nothing.  So that means I’m a “Senior Information Coordinator Advisor”, or really just a “Customer Service Rep”.

There are shortsighted individuals with no prospects that disregard reality and do the dumbest things in the hope of creating a prospect.  Rarely works.

I try not to clutter my mind with unnecessary information, it’s already overloaded with your bullsh*t.

If you focused as much effort in doing it as you do fritting over doing it, you’d be much more productive and much happier.

You don’t have everything you want, but you have everything you need, so let’s focus on that to perhaps make you happy.

One person’s Urgent matter is another’s Critical, yet another’s Stat matter will be another’s routine, since we all don’t agree on what’s truly important.  So faced with this situation, nothing gets done as I go off to my Cabin In The Woods.

They both may run on the same wave length, but it’s still scrambled in their outcomes.

Someone was very successful at screwing it up.

I know it’s an old wives tale, but sometimes it’s just fun to perpetuate them.

I couldn’t sleep last night and it’s very difficult to find sheep around here.

You don’t understand the process because you refuse to see the reality, so it makes no sense to you.

It was a simpler time when frustration was the crux of my existence.

There’s no point in sitting around and complaining about what has already happened.  Instead you should accept what you can’t change and move on and learn from the experience.

I may be good at it, but they were doing it long before I got here and will be doing it long after I leave.  The only difference is the competence level of those doing the job.  Sometimes they shine, sometimes not.

I’m hard at work on something that no one knows about and if they did they’d probably won’t care anyway.  But I’m enjoying the process just the same.

Their’s no stupid questions, just stupid people.

They state, “I didn’t ask for this to happen.”  However if they were to review their actions, they pretty much did.  They just don’t, so it comes as a big surprise to them when it does happen.

I recently got home from vacation after leaving my two oldest “home alone” for the first time.  I was shocked to find no boards over the windows of a burned out house.  No crime scene tape around the house; or any recently filled in six foot deep holes in the backyard.  The kitchen was also reasonably clean, so they exceeded my expectations, will wonders never cease.

I miss the toll booths of my youth.  Pulling up to see those toll booth (cranky) operators whose goal in life was to collect the money and get exposed too high amounts of exhaust fumes.  It’s was a part of the charming misery of this place that I miss.

My first memory of encountering an operator was when I was traveling to see my future spouse using an AAA trip tic and clearly misreading it.  I was crossing a bridge that was covered in fog when out of it appeared the booth and I asked the operator, “where am I?”  They asked where I was headed, when I told them, they told me to turn around and head back over the bridge and didn’t charge me for my error.

I also miss the game I played when I would throw the change into the bucket and not miss, without even slowing down, what am I to do with that skill set now?  For the toll booth of the past are disappearing, being replaced by machines.  No more is there the strategy being applied to finding the faster lane when sitting in endless delays at the toll booths, by cutting off other cars aggressively.  Now we just cruise right on thru.  What fun is there in that?

I also miss the dread of my car breaking down on a highway and by the time I got back to it with help, all that would be left is a shell up on blocks.  There were crews that would roam the highways and stripe the cars in a matter of minutes.  Another skill not in use in this area anymore.

I didn’t ask a question, I was making a statement.

We have a random plan, but not a random situation, so now what?

I don’t think for a second that you’re on my side or anyone else’s except your own.  For if you don’t see an advantage in the situation, you drop it like a hot potato.

I’m one of the most imperfect people walking, that’s why I enjoy watching other people’s imperfections so much.

Don’t be a Life On Hold.

You find their actions cute and adorable, I find them annoying and childish and someday you may to.

I got a new suit for a wedding that I’m attending and it did something unusual when I tried it on.  The suit jacket actually button up with no problems, will miracles never cease.  After all my old suit for some reason shrank?

A doctor called about one of their patients and provides me with no information on said patient, but expects me to know who their calling about.  When I explained that I need information to look the patient up, which should be obvious, they respond, “Call me back when you get your act together.”  You first doc.  I wish I could ass(u)me my importance the way this doctor does.  I need to go to my Cabin In The Woods now to get my Crystal ball.

Concierge sounds fancy and high class, mostly because the majority of people can’t spell it.

My youngest saw the broken antenna on my neighbor’s house and stated, “their cable is broken”.  Perhaps not.

 

If I were to die tomorrow, that proves my point and I win.

I heard someone say to another, “I hate to speculate”, but then continue to do so.  So, really, they love to speculate, perhaps they should become one of those talking heads on news shows that speculate their bullsh*t all the time.  For who needs facts when you can have a good speculation session.

I guess I just pissed off a doctor because I refused to gravel to their (supposed) greatness.

Lately I’ve been watching videos featuring people’s bad driving decisions.  These videos have proven to me that people really do need to understand theirs as well as their vehicles limitations.  Plus they need to be more aware of the weather and how that affects driving conditions.  Also this increases my desire to hide away in my Cabin In The Woods to avoid them.

If you go through life with the expectation that others will cover for all your mistakes automatically, beware, for one day your bill will come due.

Sorry if I don’t feel like doing stupid sh*t for the sake of obtaining more money.  You need money to exist; however, being greedy isn’t a great option if you’re really being stupid about getting it.

Life never goes away, at least until you die or go to my Cabin In The Woods.

It’s not that their a simple person, rather they’re a simply weird person.  After all wearing a Star Trek uniform on casual Friday at work is out there even for me.

It was a yellow or maybe gold shirt they were wearing.  I forget what that’s supposed to mean in the Star Trek Universe.  I do know red shirt indicates cannon fodder.

Being decisive, making a quick decision or just getting to the point in a few words are just not things in their personal wheel house.  Something for them to work on perhaps, but they need to see it first.

If you want to live your life in blissful ignorance, that’s your right.  But, don’t expect the rest of us to do the same.

I’m going to use short term quotes over long term ones, the others are just too difficult.

First world problem, being a food snob and refusing processed food.  Third world problem, wishing they had enough food to be picky.

I once worked for a company that was so cheap that you couldn’t even get basic office supplies.  So people would hoard them.  When I left that company, people there were literally coming up to my desk and asking for things I had.  I could have made a fortune selling them.  They were worse than the no paperclip boss I later had.
