One of my children has a retail job and it’s teaching them a lot about life and peoples bad behavior.  As an example the other day they are leaving the store that was closed when someone is approaching to enter so they tell them the store is closed.  They get the response, you’re wrong, it’s open.  It was of course closed, so much for offering curtesy to people who in turn bite your head off.
