Ever have a person call your place of work and start off the conversation with the phrase “You People”. Chances are I was not involved in the beginning of what ever situation you’re calling about, so I’m not part of “You People”. So it’s just rude to start off with a negative and it makes me less likely to go out of my way to help. I’m “A Person” and should not be lumped in with “You People” unless I’ve earned it!
