I had a call today where a lady wanted to cancel the tickets that she had purchased for her granddaughter. Her granddaughter had passed away unexpectedly and the pain in this ladies voice brought me to tears. She was trying to hold it together to give me the information and I was trying to hold it together to take it. The sense of loss this lady was feeling came through the phone loud and clear, I just wanted to reach through the phone lines and hug her.
