My supervisor isn’t returning your calls because you’re the kind of person who whines and complains and expects the world to jump for them.  You will argue about reality being put forward by us and state as “facts” on how you believe others are doing in the same situation.  Problem is, you’re pulling it all out of your a$$, and it has nothing to do with us.  So keep calling, they’ll keep ignoring you, I promise.
