It’s A Reflection Of You

Got a call from an arrogant travel agent; all upset that we hadn’t settled a claim for her client yet. She was complaining that we are well outside our time frame for completing and paying the claim and wanted to know what the holdup was. I looked into the claim and the holdup was her. We had sent her a request for info on the cost of the trip over a month ago and she hadn’t sent it back yet, which is her responsibility. After advising her of this, turns out she had it, she just hadn’t gotten around to completing it. So now she knows where the holdup is, look in the mirror. My Cabin In The Woods pleaze.
