Had a lady who lives in Florida cancel her July trip to Uzbekistan because she thinks it’ll be too hot? Really, you live in Florida, too hot. I looked it up, Uzbekistan high is 104 degrees, Florida can match that and add in humidity to boot. However their lowest is -9, that would kill most people in Florida. So I would suggest she stay home in the winter.
