Had a customer call, they wanted to speak to Mr Aon Affinity because he sent them a letter. Problem is there is no Mr Aon Affinity, since Aon Affinity is the name of my employer and not a person, despite what the Supreme Court says, and can’t take phone calls. Apparently I wasn’t speaking to a rocket scientist and Brad is the one who actually sent them the letter.

This happen again, their travel agent gave them our phone # and told them to call and speak to Aon, so they did and they asked to speak to Aon when I answered. I could hear the embarrassment in their voice when I advised that Aon is the company name, not a person.
