A client called looking for the check we sent to their PO Box. I looked at the notes in the system and it had been returned to us by the post office as non-deliverable, no such person. That’s when they got real upset and stated that is impossible because, “my brother delivers the mail to those boxes, he would never send one of my letters back and I had told him to keep an eye out for my check.” Plus they stated “everyone knows me there”. Well if this is the case, either their brother is an idiot or someone there doesn’t like you. For the post office did return it.
