A customer called me a “f**king piece of sh*t” today and they are probably still confused as to why I hung up on them. Don’t expect assistance from me, or anyone else for that matter if you think this is the way to treat another person. With me, it’s just not going to motivate me to help in any way, shape or form! If they can’t or won’t do what is required of them to get what they want, then being an azzhole to the other person is not going to get them it either, not in my world at any rate. I have zero tolerance for that kind of behavior. Give me what’s required of you and I can get what you want. Don’t give me what is needed and you don’t get what you want. Simple as that.
