We never say never; we just say no way that’s ever happening.

People will pray hard for things to happen in their lives.  Of course sometimes the answer is no.  But when the answer is yes, it may still not be a good thing.  For you got what you wanted; but in the end it’ll turn out to be a negative, since it was meant to teach you a life lesson.  Something to think about and ponder in my Cabin In The Woods.

Just because you believe or assume that someone in authority has given you the right to act like a dick, doesn’t mean others will recognize that and stand for your abuse.

Life is what happens when you’re attempting to help.

I’ll keep doing it as long as I’m doing some good by doing so.  Once it ceases to be so, then I’ll move on.

You know what I hate, when one door shuts and the next is locked.  What then?

When I was younger and working EMS I tended to let my hair grow.  I usually decided to get a haircut when a patient would say, “you ladies are doing a good job”, that was my que to go visit the barber.  You would think my mustache would have cut down on the confusion, but then…

What do you give someone who has everything they don’t want?

I was hoping life would let me off the hook, but I don’t see that happening anytime soon.

I have standards, just not many, but some.

You’re not certain you have it.  But… you believe you most likely have it.  Perhaps, you actually have it for sure or not.  Kind of like my dream of a Cabin In The Woods.

When you have this, this or this, you usually end up with that.

It’s such a simple thing I’m trying to accomplish; it’s your indifference that’s making it difficult.

Do you remember when you use to rule, me neither, that’s so sad.

Their approach to work is like that of a little child.  They skip from here to there never really focusing on anything long enough to get it done.

I find them less than uninteresting, interesting.

You may view yourself as one of the smartest in what you do, but you rate as the dumbest when it comes to the basics.

The unsung hero, the employee that has no authority, but gets the work done anyhow and doesn’t get any of the credit because they don’t play the office politics game, they just do it since it needs to be done.

I have already left this place, I just haven’t figured out the destination yet.  Perhaps it’s to my theoretical Cabin In The Woods.

Don’t be aggressive without being smart first.

Something not exciting; nor interesting just happen and I have no one to share it with.

If you go in for a semen analysis and hand them a cup full of your urine, you might be surprised at their reaction.

Once you come to the belief that you’re smarter than everyone else, that’s the beginning of the end.

Rewind, repeat, do it again, hit rewind, do it again, repeat it often.

The situation calls for more action and less contemplation, so get to it.

The refuge of the petty criticizer online is that of small unimportant things that are in the overall successful scheme that they didn’t think of first.  They have a sad need to try and bring it down to their level with stupid criticism.

If I find someone unreliable and basically useless, I move on and leave them be.

I just can’t work with all that dogma; I need to go my own way to find my Cabin In The Woods.

Sorry, but I wasn’t prepared to answer such an idiotic question.  I’ll try to be better prepared the next time.

You’re not stupid by any stretch of the imagination.  You’re just not well educated and need to fill in your gaps in knowledge.  With this you’ll be unstoppable.

My blog has been live for three years now and still no one has really noticed it.  So in the existence of a Would Be Hermit, all is just fine.  I haven’t even amassed 500 visits yet, great!  But I do have over 1700 Posts, so I have nothing to say I guess.  So let’s hope for more of the same over the next year.

Some people treat their body like a temple, carefully watching what they put into it.  I also treat my body like a temple, except mine is the Temple Of Doom.

I may leave here, but not really leave here.

It’s the place I want to be at this moment, but it’s not the place I want to be long term.

They’re a pain in the azz because they get the least amount of work done themselves; then expect everyone else to do all their work for them.

We’re all dying, it’s just some of us get there faster.

They are always working hard not to work, for they would rather work smart than hard, so they say.

Their so pumped up about their lack of importance that they seek out others they believe are less important to rip into, in an attempt to feel they’re actually somehow important.

My work ethic is not to do others work because they are trying to pass it off to me and not do it themselves.  I an’t their personal servant, they need to do their own work, I have enough of my own.

Your feelings matter, but do they?

Their better than no help I guess, but sometimes no help is actually better.

We’re not out here to seek the truth but rather to listen, so please keep that in mind.

The problem with humanity is we only see the differences between us and we act on that instead of seeing what we have in common and build from that.

I’m not looking to maintain, I’m looking to decline and start anew.  Perhaps to a Cabin In The Woods then?

I saw a person who clearly is overly concerned with their image and how they think they are perceived by the world in general.  It’s just leads me to wonder what that is, since they do strike me as a sad call out for attention.

I can get along with most anyone or a least try to.  It’s the a**holes and sh*t heads I avoid.

A coworker introduced me to their significant other as the “coworker they could rely on”.  While this is perhaps a complement, I wish I could say I could rely on them and with them not having to rely on me so much.  The really need to self-actualize a bit.

If misery hates company; what then…

I am not a leader and I try not to be a follower.  So I guess that makes me an individual who desires a Cabin In The Woods that is trying to avoid both situations.

We’re all just a Little Crazy, it’s just some of us are more so than others.

It’s not that I don’t care to; it’s just that I don’t want to.

I want to live, I don’t want to maintain.

The answer doesn’t change just because you came up with a new way to ask the question.

Your employer has talked to you about your lack of work ethic, in which you strongly disagree, for in your mind you’re the best ever.  So you’re going to punish them by doing less work than you normal lack thereof.  Good strategy when it comes to keeping your job.

I’m only incompetent up to a certain point, after that I then go full bore!

They say the cloths make the person, ok, but what if it makes you look like an idiot?

I don’t want any tragedy or great event to define my life.  I just want to be ordinary and not noticed.

I love it when people get fixated on fixing problems that don’t exist.

If I ever went to prison on my very first day there I’d walk up to the biggest guy in the yard and say, “I’m yours”, please protect me.  After all I’m sure an’t going to beat even the smallest person up.

Question, if a potato is growing only with salt water being applied, will it be a salt potato?

I like to sit on the stairs of my Cabin In The Wood and watch the world go by, which is basically a chipmunk at the moment.

People complain that others don’t understand their situation, which is possible since their not living it and haven’t built it up in their minds.

I know that all the problems in your life are always someone else’s fault, but perhaps you should fess up and look in the mirror for the real source of most of your issues.  For it’s true that everyone is wrong and you’re the only one that’s right, right?

I’m just the provider of information, so how you choose to use it or take action on it is up to you, not me.

I may disagree with your lifestyle choices but you are in need and I can help you.

Ever wait for someone to show knowing they never will?

Just because something doesn’t do what you think it should do, (since it wasn’t designed to do that), doesn’t mean it should anyhow just to meet your delusions.

Their all about the negative and wonder why no one pays them any attention.  How’d about trying the positive approach instead?

There are people who need help and those who’ll demand it.  I’d rather help the first.

They’ll both produce the exact same outcome, or do they?

It’s really a simple thing I’m trying to do, it’s your actions that are making it complicated.  I shouldn’t have to give 3 people the exact same info each time, you should all communicate.  Let’s all go to a Cabin In The Woods to practice this skill set shall we.

I find their wisdom annoying and not informative, since they talk down to you when they present it.

I get it; you think you’re thee man because you put a baby in a women.  But a real man now takes on the responsibility of supporting and raising that child for the rest of its life.  They do not move on and be a real man with another women.

If work was a pleasure, then they would call it that, but it isn’t its work.

Recently people were shooting up their Yeti coolers in protest, figuring that would show the company.  Sure did, it showed just how much of an idiot they are.

Problem with trading on your youth is that it will end and what does that leave you with?

People don’t like to accept it but everything has a price, even if you consider it priceless.  Someone else would be able to assign a price; it’s just the way it is.

The greatest pattern of all is the one that you cannot see.

We all have our reasons whether you agree with them or not.

Oh good, you’re observant, now go bother somebody else.

You shouldn’t get to it when you get to it; you should just do it and be done with it.

It’s considered a blessing if it’s a positive occurrence, if not…

They’ll keep an eye on it like a blind mouse keeps an eye on their cheese.

You can’t act like you’re above it all for it will come up from behind and bite you in the butt.

Things are getting more expensive by the day.  I use to get spoons from the dollar store at a cost of 4 for a dollar, now I only get two, and they’re not any better.
