No one wants to be the one at fault, for our egos want to ignore it. Myself I’ll run off to my Cabin In The Woods pronto.

I noticed today that a coworker had their name tattooed on their arm. When I asked them about it they said it was done when they were much younger and perhaps that younger self were afraid of forgetting their name. Sounds like regret to me.
I know what I know, but that an’t it.
You’d think that by dropping my Nikon off a twenty foot cliff “accidently”, it would bounce, not so much.
If you doubt the validity of my answer with no basis in reality, then you’re free to move on, I don’t need your lack of perspective.
You can’t tell people to stop doing something and then don’t enforce it. Since they then have no real reason to stop that activity for they know there will be no consequences.
In a perfect world there would be no mistakes, but then we’re not perfect.
It’s all a matter of feeling like doing it and right now I’m not feeling it.
In their black and blue world, it should always be them and the rest of us don’t count.
Thank you for being so mediocre.
It’s easier to ignore when I’m not aware of the situation.
Can I slowly ask you a question?
Someone asked me how I could live like this, easy, one day at a time at my Cabin In The Woods.

You’re still out there chasing the dream, which is fine. But in my case the dream seems to have eluded me.
I’m more than willing to share, for the right price.
If I were to retire today I would have no purpose. So when I do retire I need to retire to a purpose.
The more I know, the more confused I am. That doesn’t help my situation any.
When people sneeze the standard response is “bless you”. Well I’m considering a new approach and instead say, “dam you to hell”. Perhaps this is a bit extreme, but it would get people’s attention, and then perhaps it will spark an interesting conversation.
It is what it is, until it isn’t anymore.
It may not be enough but it’s what we got and that’s what we have to work with.
You could have told me the truth and not paint me the fool.

I thought I was having a meltdown and then I realized it was just a tuna melt.
Their threshold for understanding is set very low.
Your prioritization of what is necessary is quite backwards.
I’m absolutely listening; I’m just not paying attention, that’s all.
Decision making is a process that should be well executed, but mostly it’s not.
It’s a statistical doesn’t matter.
I don’t believe your story because you have had time to think about it and you’ve come up with a rationalization that absolves you of all sin.
My eyes are wide open, not. For sometimes facing reality hurts too much and denial seems to be the better option, until…
I have come to realize that a lot of long term situations in my life have come to an end this year. Question is, will I be able to replace them or struggle with the loss of these situations or will there just be a void that I can never fill?
Don’t get my hopes down.
You keep telling yourself that and perhaps someday it’ll be true. But right now it’s all just delusional.
The sludge of the Internet is created by the trolls that inhabit it, need we say more?
I want you to take the “stupid challenge”, try doing something that makes sense, see how that feels.
I trust them about as far as I can’t throw them.
Are you done demanding what you’re never going to get, maybe you should sit back and re-evaluate to find a more realistic mind set.
When someone is an idiot and they don’t know it, it’s annoying. I’m an idiot and I know it and so I work within those parameters, but I’m still annoying.
Just because you think you have the right of way, that doesn’t mean you really do, or that others around think so either.
I lost some weight, but it keeps finding me.
I am currently hanging out in a hammock in the woods and while this is really nice, I can still hear the constant hum of traffic from the expressway in the background. So this is not a place for my Cabin In The Woods, to close to civilization. Plus that chainsaw in the distance is really killing my buzz.

I am looking for useful information, not someone’s philosophy on useful information or their opinion on how to apply it.
My world is already centered right there on the point of a pin.
You knew what I meant because I didn’t.
When I was a mere teenager, one of my friends grandfather purposely looked a lot like Santa Clause. One of his favorite things to do was to go to church on Christmas Eve dressed in a red jacket and sit right up front so all the children could see him. I’m sure that got a lot of children thinking about that naughty and nice list and wondering whether Santa was checking up on them.
Out of college I got a job in retail management. One day while walking thru the store an employee referred to me by my sire name. Boy did that make me feel old. I wanted My Cabin In The Woods after that.

I don’t want nor do I need anything from you, so please move on.

I can’t be here and I can’t go back there, so this really sucks.
My teenager says I’m really bad at this talking thing, I told them they’re really bad at this listening thing.
It’s raining, it’s pouring and I’m the old man that’s snoring.
I can’t think straight, so I guess it’s croaked then.
I would if I could, but I can’t so I won’t.
My employer wants us to take the crap that people put out on the phone, yeah, no to that; that just enables these idiots to do it to others. I don’t give them the satisfaction.
They said: No thank you. I responded: You’re welcome, anytime.
I am what you think you are, interesting isn’t it.
I want to work to live, not live to work.
I say everything even if I don’t know what I’m actually saying.
I hear everything, but know nothing.
I don’t make the rules, I just make the calls.
When things change, adjust and move on and don’t dwell on what was, but what is.
It’s a pain in the butt when everything falls apart and it puts you in the position where you have to reinvent the wheel, yet again.
They intend to do as stupid implies.
Their like a dairy farmer, their milking it for all it’s worth.
I don’t worship the sun, but rather the shade.
I have to go to the bathroom now because I’m old and leaky and my latrine at my Cabin In The Woods is just too far away.

Those who wait, get it later.
They think they’re the back bone of the company when they’re really just the anus of it.
They announced that their “already irritated” so everybody stop what you’re doing and commiserate with them immediately, or not, if you choose to.
It’s a matter of conviction to the situation, according to the judge.
I’m committed or perhaps should be.
Your opinion of me matters naught, as my opinion of you should also matter naught.
I’m sitting under a bridge and I can hear the world pass me by from above and I’m good with that.

If your belief system consists of believing in a higher being that will forgive you for all your transgressions and sins, only, if you believe and worship in them, that’s just fine. But still, that doesn’t give you license to be a dick to others with other belief systems. How about just being a good person instead, with no need or expectations of forgiveness.
You can’t believe everything you read, or read everything you believe.
I saw a sign for “Southern Fried Nuts”, which sounds like a personal problem to me.
You want to join a winning team? Keep looking.
Motel 6, we’ll leave the lights on since the switch is broken.
Stop preparing for it, rather act on impulse.
The spouse and I are not cooks, period. Between us we can make about 5 dishes, sort of. It’s no wonder that our three children like to cook, they have come to realize there is more to food than what we offered them as children. It’s not that people didn’t try to encourage us. When we got married, one of the gifts was a Betty Crocker cook book. The plastic stayed on this book until about 5 years into our marriage, so I guess it didn’t work.
Recently spent some time at a friend’s retirement home in Florida and a thought occurred to me. They are from Levittown NY, the first suburb, and now their moving to a gated community that is essentially an updated version of Levittown. Everything looks the same since it was all planned. I guess that works for them, me I want a Cabin In The Woods.

I am not going to stand for this anymore, so I’m going to sit down now.
What if I don’t want to hold on for a minute, but rather three?
They’re lost in thought, so their basically just lost.
I was bored so I counted the number of times I’ve used the word stupid (yet again) in this blog. Turns out I’ve used it 102 times. The last time I counted it was 74 times. So I’ve increased stupid by 24%. That’s a lot of stupid, even if it’s not a surprise.
When someone says that’s just the way it is, your answer should be, that’s just the way it was.
Instead of saying I’m fat; you can say I’m just carrying around extra me.
It wasn’t me today, thou tomorrow, perhaps.
If I wanted to waste more time, I’d watch the paint dry on a wall I painted years ago.
They carry themselves as a person with many burdens; unfortunately they’re all made up.
They’re not hard of hearing, but rather hard of listening.
There are no excuses for your actions, but I’m sure you’ll have one.
You can justify your actions anyway you want and perhaps it’ll help you sleep at night or perhaps not.
Everybody is accusing everybody else, but no one has actual proof as to the reality of the situation.
If you can’t be positive, then don’t bother.
There’s a saying “be nice to the people you meet on your way up, for you’ll be seeing them on your way down”. Funny thou I didn’t know any of the people I know now from before? Perhaps I never went up?
One of my coworkers likes to throw around the phrase “I love you” when speaking to people. She once stated to me; “you love me right?” Yeah, no, that word has meaning to me and I only use it for the ones I love. I like her, but I feel no love for her, so the word is not forthcoming for her.
Everything feels wrong tonight, I wonder when it might feel right again.
I’ve got a stupid answer for your stupid question.
They have a strong belief system which is good, but unfortunately it blinds them to certain realities.
One of my siblings relayed a story of their college days when someone they knew was busted by the police for selling pot. Turns out later the police had to drop all the charges when the testing of the pot showed they were selling random crushed up leaves instead, apparently not illegal. I wonder just how many of their customers bragged about how stoned they got off it. I also wonder if any of their customers came back demanding refunds? Or were they just too embarrassed that they were had?
I don’t think there’s anything wrong. They don’t think there’s anything wrong. So does that mean there’s actually something right?
